For Copenhagen, this is a great value when you include for the size of the room, quality of everything inside and their mobile interface (which you interact with for all access). Kitchen was excellent with all necessary tools provided, room was pretty and they were able to provide a baby cot for our child. Laundry is conveniently located and has automatic soap dispensers. It is entirely free of charge. One advice for all international visitors: take a screenshot of the WiFi password (via the emailed web-link) before landing in Denmark. We were checking in late in the night and mobile network was not working. Thankfully I was able to connect to the WiFi at the entrance and open the door through the web link.

Location was really easy to get to from the airport, and within walking distance of local neighbourhoods like Norrebro and Osterbro. If you want to be close to the tourist hotspots this probably isn't the location for you, but if you want to live like a local it's perfect! The room was clean, comfy and well-appointed with some lovely personal touches. It was so nice to have a compact kitchen which allowed us to have breakfast in the room each day. We stayed in the Comfy Studio, and although I saw some negative comments around the size of the bed it totally wasn't an issue - if you're used to a UK double bed it's the same size! The "Front Desk" has been replaced by a personal page with entry instructions and a manned WhatsApp chat, which was very responsive and were able to answer all our questions, even before we'd arrived. Getting in was pretty easy, with a code to access the building then keyless entry to the apartment through your phone. While this was straightforward, it did mean I had to be aware of my phone's battery - if we were out for the whole day and it died, we'd be locked out.

The location is not centric but easily reachable by metro. The room comes with a lot of goodies to make your stay extra comfortable. Silent and calm area. Comfy bed and nice TV next to it. Everything in the room had the essence of the danish design that you can also read in a detailed list (pay attention to the tray, it will blow out your mind 🤯).

One of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in, delicious complimentary coffee, a little Instax camera with film to take fun photos on my trip, wonderful location! The room was excellent!
